My One Word Resolution

A great friend recommended this sight to me as we're heading into the new year. I love the idea of focusing on "one word" as we formulate our resolutions. Is so easy to be cumbered by the load of our every day lives that we often neglect those promises we've made to ourselves at the beginning of the year. Check it out, I think you'll find it helpful too as you desire to make changes toward a better YOU this year:

My One Word

My best to you!

Marisa and Brittany,
You have tweaked my interest with this blog site. I will frequent it to see where you are going with it. So I guess my one word would be "INTERESTING". CAUTION! I am not blog savvy and I don't twitter or tweet. I DO LOVE you both.

Mom,

I'm curious to know why your "one word" this year is "interesting."

Glad you two are doing this. I think it is great. It is "interesting" to use her word the feelings I have as I sit here writing and knowing I will not be going back to teaching until next fall. I feel lost; yet, it feels very right inside. I know it is best, I guess. I do know that God knows exactly what's coming and has already laid that foundation.

Scott,

You have such a positive attitude. I admire your faith as you allow God to handle the reins of your future. Though we don't always understand what road map God is using to set the course for us, we can rest assure that He always knows the best route. In fact, I find it exciting to watch and see what God has to show me as I journey through life.

In your situation, you have much to savor and look forward to. God has spared your life for a reason... He's not through with you yet :) Relish in every moment, my friend and don't forget to include ME from time to time!
